Mr. Gregg A. Lowe has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Wolfspeed, Inc. since September 27, 2017. Mr. Lowe served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. since June 05, 2012 until December 2015. Mr. Lowe served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. (also known as Freescale Semiconductor Holdings I, Ltd.) since June 5, 2012 until December 2015. He has been Chief Executive Officer and President at NXP USA, Inc. since June 2016. Mr. Lowe has more than a decade of executive leadership experience at Freescale Semiconductor and Texas Instruments and holds Silicon Labs board position.

Mr. Lowe served as Senior Vice President and leader of the Analog business unit for Texas Instruments Inc., which includes high-performance analog, power management and high-volume analog and logic. Mr. Lowe served as a Senior Vice President at Texas Instruments Inc. until April 2006. He served as Manager of Total Analog Business Unit at Texas Instruments, Inc. since April 2006 and served as its Manager of High-Performance Analog until April 2006. Since April 2006, Mr. Lowe has led global strategy and operations for Texas’ wide-ranging portfolio of standard and application-specific analog chips. He joined Texas Instruments’ field sales organization in 1984 with responsibility for growing the business with automobile manufacturers.

In 1989, Mr. Lowe moved to Germany to lead the European automotive sales force, managing teams and customer relationships in France, Germany, Italy, England and Spain. In 1994, he returned to the U.S. to manage the microcontroller organization. Mr. Lowe led the application specific integrated circuit organization and oversaw a worldwide team with design centers and customers on each continent. In 2001, he moved to analog to manage high-speed communications and controls. He serves as a Director of NXP USA, Inc.

He has been a Director of Wolfspeed, Inc. since September 27, 2017. Mr. Lowe serves as a Trustee of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He has been a Director of Silicon Laboratories Inc. since April 2017. He served as a Director of Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. since 2012. Mr. Lowe serves as a Director of Baylor Health Care System Foundation. He served as a Member of the Board of Advisors of InCube Ventures, LLC. Mr. Lowe served as a Director of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. He received the university’s Career Achievement Award to recognize his accomplishments in the community and within the semiconductor industry. Mr. Lowe serves on the board of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a proven Leader. Mr. Lowe graduated from the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. Mr. Lowe has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1984 from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.
