Jaclyn Kellon

Jaclyn Kellon is a Director of Global Policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), where she is responsible for supply chain security.  Jaclyn joins SIA from the U.S. Department of State, where she served as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation’s Office of Critical Technology Protection (ISN/CTP), advising on semiconductor and research security policy.  Prior to her work in ISN/CTP, Jaclyn served as a program manager in ISN’s Office of Export Control Cooperation, where she developed and implemented international security capacity building programs for foreign partners in Eastern Europe.

Jaclyn started her career as a AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the U.S. National Nanotechnology Coordination Office, a semi-independent coordination office of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and earned her PhD in nanomaterials from the University of Oregon.
