Latoya Arnold is the executive assistant to the president and CEO and office manager at SIA. She is responsible for managing office operations, finance, and scheduling. As the liaison to the executive assistants of SIA board members, she is responsible for providing detailed information to board assistants and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. She works closely with the CFO. Latoya has over 20 years of experience in the administrative field, including nine years at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), as well as significant experience in the non-profit and private sectors.

Latoya enjoys her family, writing, social engagement, and community work, and she does it all with joy.
