Matthew Wayland
Matthew Wayland is a global policy associate at the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), where he supports the global policy team’s international competitiveness, trade, emerging markets, and export control agendas. Prior to joining SIA in 2022, he worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) as part of the Economics Program, researching global digital infrastructure.
He received a B.A. in Political Science and East Asian Languages and Cultures from Columbia University and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge in Politics and International Studies.
